Michelle
is a National Strength and Conditioning Association certified personal
trainer and a USA Weightlifting sports performance accredited coach.
Her experience ranges from helping individuals wanting to “get
in shape” to elite-level athletes to high-risk clients seeking
to improve their quality of life. In addition to personal training,
she has presented to hospital staff, taught group exercise classes,
studied body therapy techniques and learned the importance of progression
in fitness. Michelle is also CPR, automated external defibrillator
and first aid certified.
Constant education while catering to clients’ specific goals
and limitations are top priorities. Michelle has studied and continues
to study anatomy, kinesiology, nutrition and sports performance.
Most recently, she attended the Olympic Training Center in Colorado
Springs, Colo., for the annual USA Weightlifting Strength and Weightlifting
Symposium.
In addition, as a world-traveled modern dancer and choreographer,
Michelle understands the demands of physical performance firsthand.
Her life as an athlete and performer gives her knowledge of the discipline,
pressures, rewards and joy of maintaining an attractive and functional
body.
Exercising needs to be fun and effective because when it is — it

give you honest, research-based information to bring you to your goals.
