Michelle is a National Strength and Conditioning Association certified personal trainer and a USA Weightlifting sports performance accredited coach. Her experience ranges from helping individuals wanting to “get in shape” to elite-level athletes to high-risk clients seeking to improve their quality of life. In addition to personal training, she has presented to hospital staff, taught group exercise classes, studied body therapy techniques and learned the importance of progression in fitness. Michelle is also CPR, automated external defibrillator and first aid certified.

Constant education while catering to clients’ specific goals and limitations are top priorities. Michelle has studied and continues to study anatomy, kinesiology, nutrition and sports performance. Most recently, she attended the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colo., for the annual USA Weightlifting Strength and Weightlifting Symposium.

In addition, as a world-traveled modern dancer and choreographer, Michelle understands the demands of physical performance firsthand. Her life as an athlete and performer gives her knowledge of the discipline, pressures, rewards and joy of maintaining an attractive and functional body.

Exercising needs to be fun and effective because when it is — it can change your life. Michelle will work with you, encourage you and give you honest, research-based information to bring you to your goals.
