I’m not a worker-outer–never could motivate myself week after week–so I knew that I needed a kick in the pants and someone who would hold me accountable. I’ve been working out with Michelle twice a week for about 6 months now, and it’s been an amazing experience.
Michelle, from start to finish, is a fantastic trainer. She REALLY listens to you, where you’re at in your life, what you want from working out, and then tailors a program to suit you, including overall goals for your wellbeing that work with and go beyond the workouts she’ll coach you through.
I especially love that her approach is to incorporate fitness and wellness into her clients’ lives.
